The Facilities

The interior of the building is designed and furnished to a high standard of quality and comfort. In addition, the complete set of criteria for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) has been adopted. Thus the most natural up-to-date non-toxic building materials and alternative energy sources will be utilized.

The building consists of a basement and three floors under one roof. Its total built area is 4’047 square meters. The facilities include the main lobby, Brahmasthan hall, small and large meeting halls, two large program halls, dining hall, kitchen, office, shop, storage rooms, restrooms, service area including a laundry facility, and a housing facility of 32 luxurious bedrooms and 4 Suites.

The main lobby including Brahmasthan Hall strikes one as exceptionally welcoming with its invitingly grouped sofas and armchairs providing a relaxing haven and an awe-inspiring atmosphere. As one approaches the center of the hall, one gets to feel the power, warmth and coherence radiating from the beautiful skylight and pervading the entire Vastu building.

You can provide substantial support for the construction of the Peace Palace by donating USD 600,000 to cover the costs of the Main Lobby and Brahmasthan Hall.

Program Halls

(Area ~ 241 square meters each)

Two large program halls situated on the top ﬂoor. Each hall accommodates about 90 persons, a total of about 180 persons. The halls will be furnished with the best quality foam mattresses and will be lit, aired, and warmed in the best eco-friendly way. These halls play a vital role in the function of the Peace Palace, namely, as speciﬁc coherence-creating centers for the whole country. These are the halls where the TM and TM-Sidhi and Yogic Flying techniques are performed. These Vedic techniques have been scientiﬁcally veriﬁed and validated to promote health, happiness and fulﬁlment for the individual as well as invincibility for the nation as a whole.

You can provide substantial support for the construction of the Peace Palace by donating USD 500,000 to cover the costs of one of the two Program Halls.

Dining Hall with terrace

(Area ~ 185 square meters)

Positioned on the ground ﬂoor, the dining room is more than just a place to eat. It is the venue which provides nourishing Ayurvedic meals, mindful eating, and delightful company with like-minded people. It is the venue which brings to light the principle that “what we eat, how we eat, and with whom we eat” is fundamental to our well-being and evolution.

You can provide substantial support for the construction of the Peace Palace by donating USD 400,000 to cover the costs of the Dining Hall.

Large Meeting Hall

(Area ~ 115 square meters)

Situated on the ground ﬂoor, the large meeting hall is designed to keep participants comfortable, creative and focused. It is equipped with high-quality audio/visual installations able to service a large number of participants and cater for a wide range of teaching and learning needs (professional conferences and seminars, TM and TM-Sidhi programs, Teacher Training Course lectures, and Vedic knowledge). It will also accommodate large meetings and celebrations events.

Small Meeting Hall

(Area ~ 60 square meters)

Situated on the top ﬂoor, the comfortable lounge and reading room houses a library of Maharishi’s Vedic science allowing visitors individually or as a group to read and enjoy a quiet and harmonious atmosphere. It can also be used for smaller lectures and courses.

You can provide substantial support for the construction of the Peace Palace by donating USD 150,000 to cover the costs of the Small Meeting Hall.

Suites

(Area ~ 60 & 90 square meters)

The four luxurious suites feature a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a dining facility. It can allow for private meetings. It also includes a private balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding area.

(Area ~ 20, 25, 33 & 36 square meters each)

The 32 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, are nicely furnished and decorated. They offer the same quality of comfort, peace, and serenity as the rest of the Peace Palace.
